Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy

All bookings require a deposit of one nights stay by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or Direct Credit. Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit is received.

For any booking longer than one night during peak season Friday 13 December 2019 - Sunday 16 February 2020, or statutory holiday weekends and event weekends; a deposit of two nights is required.

Full payment of stay is required on arrival, (we are unable to accept personal cheques) and no refunds will be issued for early departure or reduction in booked numbers.

Bank Fee - There is a 2% bank fee when paying by card.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations will incur a NZ$20.00 fee per unit/site to cover administration costs.

For cancellations less than 10 days prior to date of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

Peak season, statutory holiday weekends & event weekends : all bookings - deposits/payments are non refundable.

Group Cancellations : Bookings other than peak season, statutory holidays and event weekends. If a group cancels 30 days or less from their date of arrival the deposit is non refundable. For any cancellation outside of 30 days of arrival, our administration fee of NZ$20.00 per unit/site will apply.

Child Policy

Children : Children are classed from 1 - 14 years inclusive.
Infants : Infants are aged less than 1 year old and stay for free.


Damages Policy - any loss or damage to the unit or cabin as a result of willful or accidental damage, may be charged to the guest as well as any costs associated with additional cleaning requirements that may be incurred by the park.

Smoking Policy - No smoking allowed in units or main camp kitchen and shower block.

Noise policy - Quietness between 10.30pm and 7.30am.
Excess drinking and parties forbidden. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any person and to remove from the park any person who in their opinion does not conduct themselves in a decent and reasonable manner. No refund will be made in such circumstances.

Visitor Policy - Visitors must report to the office for security. Your visitors are your responsibility & must depart by 10.00pm (they must not be entertained in the rooms). Visitors' cars are to be parked on the road. .....Please note - At peak times and event weekends we have a NO VISITOR policy due to the holiday park being at full capacity.

Pets policy - Not allowed

Car Parking - Each unit has one allocated parking space. Please advise at time of booking if you are bringing more than one vehicle or a trailer, boat etc.
